Shipping & returns


Our products are shipped from Sydney, Australia and Birmingham, United Kingdom. 

Orders are delivered by Australia Post in Australia and Asia and Royal Mail in the United Kingdom and Europe. Shipping is automatically calculated upon check out with standard and express options. Born Bizzy is not responsible for any additional fees or delay in delivery due to third party providers nor custom and duties for international orders.

You will be sent confirmation of shipping and be able to track your delivery. Please check your address is correct before you check out as a re-delivery fee may be charged if it is entered incorrectly.

Our couriers will leave your parcel in a suitable place if you are not home, or we also deliver to PO Boxes.

Domestic and international orders are typically dispatched in 1-2 business days. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.

Pre orders

If you order an item on pre-order, your full order will be held until the estimated date of dispatch and sent in one parcel.

Changes to order

Once you’ve placed your order, it joins a queue for processing. We are therefore unable to make any changes, additions or amendments to orders. 

Returns and refunds

If you change your mind or for some reason you're not completely satisfied with your product, simply return your Born Bizzy product unused and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase to receive a store credit.

This applies to full-priced purchases only and the return postage will be at your expense. 

We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel and opt for trackable postage. Born Bizzy Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 3 working days. Your store credit is valid for two years from the date of issue.

In the unlikely event you receive a mat with manufacturing print defects, we will exchange it at no extra cost to you or provide a refund.
